Local headlines. By the time 1992 rolled around myself and Eric Fleming were hitting the 2b Soul Kitchen NBL series. We actually had one at the Ramp-Ateria back then and Eric and I did pretty good in our respective classes. Leigh Ramsdell, who’s wheels you see, moved past Kevin Robinson to win “vert”. By about 1991 most local contest were put on by local riders. There was a killer crew in south jersey who did a lot for freestyle BMX in NJ and this shot of an 86 trick in 1991 was taken at one of those comps.
